Mary Vaughan - A priori estimates for fractional powers of nondivergence form elliptic operators

In this talk, we will show how to define fractional powers of nondivergence form differential operators. We will then discuss some tools used to prove desired regularity estimates, such as local boundedness and Harnack inequalities.
