Zofia Grochulska - Geometric properties of approximately and Sobolev differentiable homeomorphisms

Homeomorphisms with a derivative are useful for studying deformations of materials in nonlinear elasticity. I will firstly talk about a joint work with Paweł Goldstein and Piotr Hajłasz, in which we showed how general the approximate derivative of a homeomorphism can be. Then, I will present results concerning a certain geometric property of sequences of homeomorphisms equipped with either Sobolev or approximate derivative.
