The Department of Mathematics at the University of Pittsburgh invites applications for a tenure- track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in the area of Mathematics of Deep Learning to begin in the fall term of 2023. The Department of Mathematics also invites applications for two (2) open Post Doctoral Fellow positions in Mathematical Biology and Applied Analysis. Completion of a PH.D. degree in mathematics or a closely related field is required prior to the start of appointment. Applicants should have some form of experience teaching in mathematics.
