Boundary regularity for minimizing biharmonic maps

We prove that biharmonic energy minimizers with smooth boundary values on smooth domains are smooth near the boundary.The proof is based, as in the case of harmonic maps, on the nonexistence of nonconstant boundary tangent maps. A crucial tool - boundary monotonicty formula will be provided to us by a recent result by S. Altuntas.
