Abstract or Additional Information

When we have a collection of functions from a topological space to a uniform space, we can endow it with either the topology of pointwise convergence or the topology of uniform convergence—the two don’t always coincide. When the domain is the space of natural numbers, the topology of uniform convergence is known as the uniform box product, a term introduced by Scott Williams in 2001. In this talk I'll describe some of these spaces, share some results about them, and discuss some questions I am exploring. It will be fun, since we'll be playing some games.
