Velocity to Synchrony and its Relationships to More Traditional Connectivity Measures

I examine the generalizations of the diameter of a digraph, connections to graph complexity and eigenstructure of the Laplacian, and how these concepts relate to the velocity to synchrony in networks. In particular, I explore these relationships in certain classes of Cayley graphs.
