Abstract or Additional Information
Most graduate students are expected to give formal seminar presentations at various stages of their careers, none more important than during the eventual academic job interview processes. However, for many students learning this process is often done through trial-and-error. I will discuss tips and techniques that are useful for making streamlined and professional presentations to academic audiences. This seminar is meant for graduate students in mathematics, however no specific mathematics subject understanding is needed.
