The most principled letter

The h-principle sits at the intersection of homotopy theory, geometry, and analysis.  It is a powerful tool one can use to indirectly solve daunting existence problems such as the existence of an immersion of one manifold into another.  We'll go over the fundamentals of the h-principle, hopefully convincing the listeners that PDE's and topology are inextricably linked, and we'll culminate with the statement of the h-principle and an application.
